The surgery is testing internet-based access to patients' repeat prescription list and to the appointments system. It is hoped that this will allow patients to see all available appointments for the coming two weeks and choose a time which suits them. There will be a limit on which appointments are available more than one day in advance and on the number of appointments each patient can book online within a given time. The prescription requests will show up on our system at the surgery for a decision to be made on the suitability of the request.
