Patient Satisfaction Survey 2003/2004/2005

The Surgery recently undertook a patient satisfaction survey. Although there were a few dissenting voices (you can't please everyone), the survey was a useful snapshot of opinion and tool for the future. It was a little disappointing that so few were retuned out of the total handed out. We'd like to think that this was due to lack of complaint rather than true indifference!

Both the Survey details and results are available on-line in Adobe PDF format. It is unusual for computers to be without the Acrobat Reader needed to display these files, but should you be unlucky, then please click on Acrobat Reader.

Please click on The 2003 Patient Satisfaction Survey for the thinking behind the survey, the questions asked and some of the answers give. Should you be interested in the results, then they are given in 2003 Patient Satisfaction Survey Results.

In 2004-5 we commissioned a further survey from Patient Dynamics who produced a detailed breakdown per doctor. Despite giving out about 400 questionnaires, the numbers returned were low. It is difficult to extrapolate to real life from such a survey, but we have included the results anyway. Please click on Dr. Dyfrig Davies or Dr. Debra Davies for the results.
